Individual online therapy

How does it work

A psychotherapeutic process consists of an encounter between the person who consults and the therapist, in which the client can talk freely about any topics.  Generally, people tend to talk about what worries or ails them. The therapist listens, embracing the problems presented, asking questions and helping to think about the situation together. In this process, throughout the sessions, changes begin to occur within the person, resulting in increased self-awareness, evolution and integration of the personality. In the same way, people use their therapeutic space to talk about their desires and projects, learning to value themselves.

How does it work?

● We first met through WhatsApp chat

● A fixed day and time is combined for the sessions

● We connect via Meet or WhatsApp video call, depending on your preference, on schedule

● It is recommended to choose a quiet place, at a time where you can be alone, so you can speak freely

● Payments are made by bank transfer if you live in Argentina or by PayPal if you live in another country. A receipt will be extended in all cases, as proof of your payment.

Reasons for consultation

When should I consult?

●    Your conflicts or emotional state affect your daily life

●    Your health is affected by your emotional state or conflict

●    You´re not able to discuss your problems with your friends or family

●   You want to know the causes of your emotional state or conflicts

●   You want to regain control of yourself and increase your self-knowledge

Whatever the situation, it is important to consult with a professional if you have any questions, without obligation.

We think better when we think together.

Making the decision to start psychotherapy is not an easy thing. The reasons for consultation can vary, as each individual has their own unique experiences and circumstances. In some people, this decision is built on the desire to know themselves better or to resolve a conflict related to work, family, love or social life. In other cases, the person may be going through overwhelming emotional states, such as panic attacks, anxiety, depression, stress, fears, phobias. Other triggers include difficulties in interpersonal relationships, eating disorders, addictions, trauma, self-esteem issues, and decision-making difficulties.
